Your card is linked to your OKX Pay balance. To add funds, you can:

Once your Pay balance is funded, simply approve it for use with your card, and you're ready to spend it.

How do I lock or unlock my OKX card for security?
You can lock and unlock your OKX Card anytime in the app.
Go to Manage card page by selecting the Settings
Select Settings from the top-right corner of the screen
Toggle the lock card option to lock or unlock your OKX card

Note: when your card is locked, it cannot be used for new purchases or subscriptions. However, any transactions that were already pending before the lock will still be processed. You can unlock your card anytime if you want to use it again.
Can I add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Yes, you can add your OKX Card to Apple Pay or Google Pay for mobile wallet payments. Simply go to your Card homepage and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
I can't see my card in the app or add it to my mobile wallet, what should I do?
