DeFi Development shares will be traded on-chain via Kraken
DeFi Development Corp, a Solana treasury company formerly known as Janover, has announced a partnership with cryptocurrency exchange Kraken to tokenize its shares. The company will use the xStocks tokenization platform, created by Backed to implement on-chain stock listing on the Solana blockchain.
Joseph Onorati, CEO of DeFi Development Corp, describes stock tokenization as "the Lego building blocks of decentralized finance" that developers and institutions can build on top of. The company has recently purchased $11.5 million worth of SOL and plans to raise $1 billion to increase its holdings.

And the cryptocurrency project is either actively listing, or trying to cooperate with traditional companies. Both sides are moving closer to each other, and the future is the world of RWA/stablecoin/payment/defi.
