SRM launches TRON Treasury strategy with a $100M Equity Investment
@SRMEntertainmt has just announced a $100 million investment agreement from a private investor to implement the TRON Token (TRX) Treasury Strategy, with a total potential value of up to $210 million.
The company will issue convertible preferred shares and warrants, and is expected to rebrand as Tron Inc.
@justinsuntron, the founder of the TRON blockchain, will serve as an advisor, providing strategic vision for the plan to leverage blockchain for long-term value creation.
SRM also plans to implement a dividend policy through the TRX staking program. With over 310 million accounts and daily transactions exceeding $20 billion, TRON is asserting its position in the global payment space.
