But even #SOL and #ETH will need to undertake a *major* protocol redesign effort which will ensure PQ-security but come with significant performance tradeoffs

2) ECSDA is broken and BTC is being stolen
3) other major chains like Ethereum and Solana have implemented post quantum resistant cryptography
what happens? does capital move into smart contract majors?
what assets stand to benefit in this state of the world?
