I’ve staked all my $SPK that I was holding! As soon as the Spark TGE happened yesterday, the staking feature opened right away. I personally thought it would come out later, but they prepared it simultaneously ㄷㄷ There are a few benefits to $SPK staking: - Mine both spark points and symbiotic points at the same time (I don’t know what symbiotic is, but anyway, getting points is good lol) - 3x multiplier applied But generally, when you stake governance tokens, they give rewards with an APY of 10% or 20%, but Spark gives points. It’s the same points they give when you buy yt-usds lol. There’s no information on where you can use these points that you collect. I’m just praying they’ll give us something good. There are some things to be careful about before staking: - If you apply for unstaking, there’s a lock-up period of at least 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks. - It’s said to be due to the symbiotic epoch system, meaning if you unstake at the point the epoch resets, it could take up to 4 weeks lol. - The good thing is that Spark points continue to accumulate even while waiting for withdrawal. I staked all 42 of the total I received ($3) lol.
